We are excited to provide your team with new and modern payment options to easily purchase what matters to them the most!
- To start working with Flex Pay or request a demo please reach out to our team here!
- If you are already working with Flex Pay you can reach out to your account manager to best support you from obtaining access credentials, configuring your integration to best help your customers, or discuss upcoming opportunities.
- If you are actively working on integrating with Flex Pay or are an existing Partner having any technical issues please reach out to your Account Manager and/or Integration Lead for support or reach us through our integration Slack channel.
- Escalation: Flex Pay closely monitors systems 24/7 to ensure the status of the Pay Monthly service. We monitor these systems closely and can detect and address technical issues immediately should they arise. If any Travel Partner team members experience any technical issues with the Flex Pay implementation, please report them as soon as possible to your Account Manager/Integration Lead and we will be sure to resolve them as quickly as possible.
What Information to Share with Flex Pay for Support
⚠️In order to get the most prompt response to any challenges during integration, please make sure to include the relevant step you’re on, whether you have completed testing, screenshots of the error/code and detailed explanation of the error and steps to recreate this error.

- Type of Page - Let us know if you are working on Payment or Non Payment Page
- Description - Please provide detailed information about the challenge that you are facing
- Steps to reproduce - Provide the steps if the challenge is difficult to explain
- OrderInfo object - Share the

cURLs
What is a cURL?
cURL, stands for client URL, is a command line that developers use to transfer data to and from a server.
How to get the cURL?
If you are having troubles with a From Price Node, please send the ‘from’ cURL, if the issue is with the Flex Pay Iframe, we will require the ‘orders’ cURL.
- Open the network tab, filter by ‘uplift’
- Look for the ‘from’ or ‘orders’ call, right click to see the options
- Select ‘Copy’ and ‘Copy as cURL
