  • To start working with Uplift or request a demo please reach out to our team here!
  • If you are already working with Uplift you can reach out to your account manager to best support you from obtaining access credentials, configuring your integration to best help your customers, or discuss upcoming opportunities.
  • If you are actively working on integrating with Uplift or are an existing Partner having any technical issues please reach out to your Account Manager for support or reach us through our integration Slack channel.
  • Escalation: Uplift closely monitors systems 24/7 to ensure the status of the Pay Monthly service. We monitor these systems closely and can detect and address technical issues immediately should they arise. If any Travel Partner team members experience any technical issues with the Uplift implementation, please report them as soon as possible to your Account Manager and we will be sure to resolve them as quickly as possible.

What Information to Share with Uplift for Support

⚠️In order to get the most prompt response to any challenges during integration, please make sure to include the relevant step you’re on, whether you have completed testing, screenshots of the error/code and detailed explanation of the error and steps to recreate this error.

  • Title - High level definition of the issue
  • Type of Page - Let us know if you are working on Payment or Non Payment Page
  • Description - Please provide detailed information about the challenge that you are facing
  • Steps to reproduce - Provide the steps if the challenge is difficult to explain
  • OrderInfo object - Share the OrderInfo that you are sending to Uplift service
  • cURL - Having the same cURL is really helpful for us to identify the problem in a faster way

What is a cURL?
cURL, stands for client URL, is a command line that developers use to transfer data to and from a server.

How to get the cURL?
If you are having troubles with a From Price Node, please send the ‘from’ cURL, if the issue is with the Uplift Iframe, we will require the ‘orders’ cURL.

  1. Open the network tab, filter by ‘uplift’
  2. Look for the ‘from’ or ‘orders’ call, right click to see the options
  3. Select ‘Copy’ and ‘Copy as cURL
